Inspired by the hawker centres of Asia, Tiger Lane showcases 9 dining outlets spanning cuisines from Japan, South Korea, Southern China, Northern China and South East Asia with one of Australia’s most celebrated chefs at the helm.
Spread across an experiential and unique space within the Canberra Centre, our dining precinct is split into sections that reflect the vastly diverse countries of Asia, and the cuisines they’re known for.
Take a culinary tour through neon-lit Tokyo, sail a flavour-filled boat down the Mekong discovering the regional dishes of Southeast Asia along the way, or traverse China from north to south on an expedition of gastronomic proportions.

HONEY TOAST
A Viet inspired café in the morning, serving up speciality coffee and grab and go breakfast and lunch options with a French twist. In the evening, it transforms into a dessert bar offering decadent honey toasts topped with wonderfully sweet ingredients.
