WHERE TRADITION MEETS FUSION
Taking its namesake from the Japanese god of rice, the Inari menu explores a mix of classic and contemporary Japanese cuisine. Our focus on sustainable produce is showcased by market-fresh sushi and sashimi.
Inspired by the hawker centres of Asia, Tiger Lane showcases 9 dining outlets spanning cuisines from Japan, South Korea, Southern China, Northern China and South East Asia with one of Australia’s most celebrated chefs at the helm.
Spread across an experiential and unique space within the Canberra Centre, our dining precinct is split into sections that reflect the vastly diverse countries of Asia, and the cuisines they’re known for.
Take a culinary tour through neon-lit Tokyo, sail a flavour-filled boat down the Mekong discovering the regional dishes of Southeast Asia along the way, or traverse China from north to south on an expedition of gastronomic proportions.

Making a long-anticipated return to Australian shores, ex-culinary director for Sake and collector of 18 chef hats, Shaun Presland is leading the food direction across Tiger Lane.
Shaun Presland has had a resounding effect on the Japanese dining scene across Australia and beyond. Personally establishing 7 Japanese restaurants in 3 states since 2000, and amassing an outstanding 18 Chef Hats in the process, he is responsible for the training and development of numerous chefs who have gone on to lead their own remarkable ventures.
